• Comply with all applicable employment, tax, labor, and business laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Professional Responsibilities

Remote professionals within Teamstead’s network agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Submit accurate professional profiles, qualifications, and work history.
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the matching process.
• Understand that providing professional information does not guarantee a specific opportunity or team match.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing for Teamstead services will be outlined in individual proposals, agreements, or invoices.

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Employment Relationship

Teamstead connects businesses with remote professionals through its vetted talent network.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:

• Teamstead is not the employer of placed professionals.
• Working relationships exist solely between the client and the selected remote professional.
• Clients are responsible for complying with applicable employment laws, payroll obligations, taxes, and benefits.

6. No Guarantee

While Teamstead carefully evaluates remote professionals and strives to provide high-quality talent, we do not guarantee:

• That every professional match will result in a working relationship.
• That every team match will meet a client’s expectations.
• Business growth or financial outcomes.
• Continuous availability of professionals within the vetted talent network.
• Uninterrupted website availability.

Final team selection decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, designs, and other materials, is the property of Teamstead unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Website Use
